Programmes are the nuts and bolts of the message. Once we have designed a good framework, it is then possible to design the element that will go into the learning or communication strategy. Videos, talks, a good text explanation, an exercise, a discussion, the list is as far as our imagination and your need--the programme will place all these elements into a timeline and make sure the strategy is air tight.
